Frame is mounted with 2-piece Beretta checkered black plastic grips. Slide and barrel are blued, with the aluminum alloy frame exhibiting a brown color overall. Left side of frame bears Italian proofs followed by "1957". Left side of slide bears stampings stipulating the manufacturer, as well as the model and caliber designations, with the right side being marked "MADE IN ITALY". (B) Model 948 manufactured by Beretta in 1957. Grips show some scattered handling marks, with a small crack on the left grip panel. Mirror bore, with strong rifling throughout. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their original blue finish, exhibiting some scattered handling marks and some areas of high edge wear. Features include a blue finish, 3 - 3/8" barrel, and 2-piece Beretta checkered black plastic grips. Left side of slide bears markings stipulating the manufacturer, date of manufacture, as well as the model and caliber designations, with the right side being stamped "PIETRO BERETTA/ MADE IN ITALY". Lot consists of (A) Model 1934 semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Beretta in 1966.
